Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. You can calculate the shipping costs at checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. In general, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Methods

We ship our original artworks with Bpost from our gallery in Lovendegem, Belgium. Art prints are shipped by Gelato from their printing facilities in Europe and the US.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. If you are interested in shipping to a country that is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Insurance

  • Original Artworks: All original artworks shipped via Bpost are insured up to a certain value. For artworks exceeding this value, supplemental insurance is highly recommended and can be arranged upon request. The cost of supplemental insurance will be added to the shipping fee. Please contact us prior to purchase to discuss insurance options for valuable pieces.
  • Art Prints: Art prints shipped by Gelato may have limited insurance coverage. Please contact us if you wish to inquire about additional insurance for your art print order.
  • Damage Claims: In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please retain all original packaging materials as they are required for the insurance claim process. Photographic evidence of the damage is also essential. We will guide you through the claims process with the shipping carrier.

Customs Fees

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees and duties. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
